32 years of friendship, never approached his (her) city and environment (except Shenzhen), as the saying goes: one side of the water and soil support the other person, looking forward to visiting where they are, and learning from it. The truth. On February 12, 2018, I sang "Zhang San's Song" and took my family on a trip to visit friends in Guangdong and Hong Kong...

The first stop is Shantou, Guangdong, which requires a self-driving journey of 1808 kilometers. Starting from Kunming at noon, it has been open until 10 o'clock in the evening. The original plan was to stop and rest in Nanning tonight, but in order to fully ensure a safe and reliable arrival in Shantou, Guangdong tomorrow, we gave up the stopover in Nanning and continued on to Rong County, which is 280 kilometers away. It was 2:30 in the morning when I arrived in Rong County, and I temporarily navigated and decided to stay in a three-star hotel in the county seat. The hotel gave us a discount of 158 for the deluxe standard room. The environment is clean and comfortable, which is very good. It was not until the next morning that we found out that it was the origin of Shatian pomelo!

【Second day of self-driving tour】

The car is full of luggage and things to send to classmates and friends, and it can't be stuffed, otherwise I will bring some back to my relatives and friends to taste. The weather is starting to get hot here, the taste is good, and I have started to enjoy.......

Today's task is to drive non-stop, and I'm really tired from long-distance driving. Fortunately, this time my wife and I can switch cars, so that I can also take a rest. It feels so much easier than before! But considering the unfamiliar road conditions, I mainly drive.

Travel must continue, homework must be completed, and knowledge must be expanded. If you stay in the same place, you can change it to lead and study while traveling, discuss and communicate, and the journey will be much more meaningful!

After a day and a half of self-driving, we finally arrived in Shantou, Guangdong at 7 pm. Thank you old classmates for the arrangement!

Chaoshan specialties

In 28 years, for the first time, the two families can get together, a rare classmate friendship! We also drank the 57-year-old tea, and we were able to get closer to the family and life of our classmates. Thank you for this friendship and trust! Because my classmates came to Shantou, I learned more about Li Ka-shing, Ma Huateng of Tencent... the urban culture of Shantou, and the different struggle history of Chaoshan people.
